Richard Dresser's ROUNDING THIRD is a hilarious look at how our culture is teaching our kids— and our parents— to deal with competition and success. This comedy teams up two mismatched men to coach their sons' Little League baseball team. Don (Basile) is a win-at-all-costs veteran whose son is the star pitcher; Michael (Stanek) is the wide-eyed newcomer who just wants the kids to have fun. The differences drive this funny, acerbic and touching play through the bumpy terrain of not only baseball, but fatherhood as well.
